Shipping & Delivery
Every Croushka piece is handcrafted to order, so we take a little extra time to ensure each creation is made with care and attention to detail.
- Production Time: 1–3 weeks
- Dispatch: Within 1–2 business days after your order is completed
- Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Care Instructions
Handle with love. Hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach or wring. Reshape while damp and air dry flat to keep your crochet piece looking its best.
Returns & Exchanges
As each item is handmade, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to help.
Custom Orders
Looking for something unique? We love creating custom crochet pieces. Share your ideas with us, and we'll bring them to life. Custom orders require advance payment and cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.
